Accounts Receivable

Our staff will gladly assist you with any questions regarding your account. We can be reached during normal working hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday thru Friday), by calling 262-5462 or toll free (866) 549-5462. Customers can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns.

Repair & Service

We have a complete service and repair department with factory trained staff that can service and repair most makes and brands. We keep a supply of parts on-hand to make repairs as quickly as possible. We also offer nursing home and hospital wheelchair maintenance programs.

Delivery Service

We guarantee friendly, efficient and timely delivery of equipment and supplies to our customers. Many products are available in as little as 24-72 hours. Special orders are also welcome.

Community

Kimzey-Eilert and our employees believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for so many years. We store and repair equipment for our local MDA, MS, ALS societies at no charge. We also participate in local Health Fairs and offer Free Power Chair Clinics.

We support the Sedgwick County Area Aging Dept with demonstration equipment for their video promotions that show proper usage for home care. A free CD is available from the Department showing proper usage of equipment and Aids.
